Our mission is for you to travel well: a well-organized trip, a clear idea of what to expect, and a person to assist you. Hoteleus is a travel agency that specializes in organized tours. Our values are quality travel, specialized and personal service, cultural diversity, tolerance, solidarity, and respect.

What does a quality trip mean to Hoteleus?

To us, a quality trip is, above all, one where the services you receive match what you booked. It isn't about extravagance: it's about the hotel, the tour, and the transfer being the ones you chose, and about arriving knowing what to expect.

Our trips are in the upper-middle and upper categories. We don't sell the cheapest tours, and we're not the company that sells you a cheap, rushed, in-and-out tour. We want every service on your trip, from the hotels to the transfers, to meet a high standard of quality.

Much of that work happens before you leave home, and you rarely see it:

• We get to know the destinations: we study routes, hotels, tours, and providers, and our travel agents visit the destinations.
• We choose the providers: we select the activities, hotels, tours, and transportation companies for each itinerary.
• We show you the trip as it is: we describe our itineraries with photos so you arrive with a realistic idea of what you'll experience.
• We confirm twice: each provider confirms your booking with a unique confirmation code, and a few days before you travel, we check it again with them.

The details depend on each particular trip. For example, if you're going to Copper Canyon, we coordinate your entire trip according to the itinerary—Chepe train tickets, accommodations, transfers, and tours—and adapt it to your pace. You can see the routes in our Copper Canyon tours.

Our commitment to you: when you book, you'll have an assigned agent to advise you on your trip. When your agent isn't available, you can contact our customer service center. We'll also give you emergency contacts at your destination, so you know who to turn to if something unexpected comes up.

What does cultural diversity mean to Hoteleus?

It means traveling to get to know other ways of life and learning to value them. To us, it's one of our most important values.

Our founder says a trip to the Sahara Desert, in Morocco, made him reflect on diversity: there he met desert nomads, people whose way of life was very different from his own, yet incredibly enriching.

What does tolerance mean to Hoteleus?

When you see customs that differ from your own up close, it's easier to understand them. That's why we believe tourism can be a bridge to a more tolerant and connected society. On a trip, tolerance shows in simple gestures: accepting that somewhere else people eat, greet each other, or plan their day differently, without judging it.
