“Pretrip: Responsive, Helpful. During Trip: Hotel in El Fuerte was beautiful with polite staff. Included dinner was cheap and not good. They need to step it up. with a higher price. Two hotels were cashless - and in the middle of nowhere. No ATMs for tips to staff. Train trips first class were great, but too short. Creel visit to Indian Caves was worthless and a ripoff for tips. Waterfall walk was a bit difficult. Guide Gudberro was great. Long 4-hour cab ride to the airport exhausting. Other hotels were fine. Chihuahua airport very nice.”
