“Having everything very well organized by our courteous, responsive agent, José Luis Valdez Grifaldo, at Hoteleus made our trip relaxing, enjoyable, and worry-free. Our favorite hotel, with a spectacular view of the canyon in all weather conditions, was the Mirador in Posada Barrancas. The Chepe Express rides from Creel to Divisadero and from Bahuichivo to El Fuerte had stunning views. (In First Class, it would be nice if the train provided some basic refreshments!) We enjoyed all the tours and stops we made throughout our eight-day trip, and appreciated having some shuttle drivers all to ourselves. I just wish we spoke Spanish better and that some of the drivers arranged by Hoteleus spoke English. We all did our best with “Spanglish”! Arranging the trip beforehand was easy for we English-speakers, since communication was in our language. Thank you, José and Hoteleus! We plan to spread the word about the Mexican gem of Barrancas de Cobre and the easy way to see its sights through Hoteleus!”
