“We had an amazing time with this trip. José Luis Valdez went above & beyond helping us with a flight that was canceled at the last minute. I realized the flight had been canceled at 8pm. The options the airline gave us was completely unreasonable. Jose Luis got back to me via email within 5 mins and then helped us find a flight that was even better than the original. He was patient and sooooo helpful. I have never received such amazing service in my life and I have traveled a lot. The trip itself was amazing- The hotel, La Mirador was beyond our expectations. It was nice to travel completely worry free- everything was taken care of.. So happy we booked via Hoteleus. We wanted for nothing. Thank you José Luis Valdez for everything. We are very grateful.”
