The rooms have two double beds and do not have extra bed services. It is important that you bring your printed train tickets, these will be sent to you by email after making your payment.

El viaje fue genial, las vistas son hermosas, el servicio fue bastante bueno... Algunos detalles menores en algunos hospedajes, pero nada que no pueda solucionarse. Como consejo, les diria que eviten Cerocahui pues no hay nada interesante ni en el hotel ni en las cercanoas del poblado y en su lugar se queden un dia adicional en cualquiera de los otros lugares de la ruta.

Viajen en primera clase en el chepe, es mejor. Yo viajé en ejecutiva, esta bien pero vale la pena el mirador que tienen en primera clase. La comida del chepe pal perro y carisima. No se las recomiendo.

Los hoteles de Chihuahua y Creel son bastante por debajo del estándar esperado. El tiquete de tren en Clase Ejecutiva es engañoso pues se crea la expectativa de que es primera clase, cuando NO lo es. Deben explicar que hay opciones de Primera Clase. Los boletos que nos vendieron no tenían asiento asignado y nos quedamos sin sillas en clase ejecutiva. Nos tuvieron que mandar a un vagón de bar con sillas muy incomodas. Ustedes deben facilitarle al cliente para que él compre de los boletos de tren en los trayectos que él escoja. Y que así mismo decida cuales trayectos realiza por carretera. El tramo de Chihuahua a Creel fue en una van muy pequeña y los pasajero del asiento de atrás iban muy apretados. El resto de trayectos estuvieron bien. Los hoteles Balderrama son excelentes en todos los aspectos. Eso y las vistas de Divisadero y Urique salvaron el tour. El tour en Creel es un desastre. Muy poco que ver y la camioneta donde nos llevaron estaba vieja y muy sucia. Creel no debe ser un destino para quedarse .Deben excluirlo.

Todo estuvo bien. Todo a tiempo. Es difícil viajar en época de covid. Sobre todo en la transportación y comedores no se respetaron protocolos. Tuvimos un pequeño problema en parque aventura por la hora Creo que nos pudieron haber orientado mejor y así evitar el problema. El general fue un buen viaje.

Todo muy bien organizado, los traslados aeropuerto hotel y hotel aeropuerto a tiempo, muy correctos. los traslados a los hoteles igual super bien nunca tuvimos que esperar. Los hoteles muy cómodos, bonitos y ya nos esperaban. Los alimentos que estaban en el itinerario muy ricos y abundantes, lo único malo que el hotel de Chihuahua muy lejos del centro. Felicidades quede muy complacida con su servicio. Gracias
